What is myCWI and how do I access it?
MyCWI is a system that allows students to view their student information, courses, and grades and is accessible via the CWI website.
Once a student’s application has been processed, they will receive an email with their CWI ID number, CWl email address and username. New students will also receive this information in an acceptance letter from the CWI Dual Credit Office via the US postal service. The letter will include instructions on how to access your myCWI account for the first time.
To access your myCWI account:
- Go to MyCWI
- Username: In most cases, your e-mail address will be your firstname.lastname@example.org (ex. email@example.com). If you provided a preferred first name(nickname) to Student Services, your email address will be your firstname.lastname@example.org (ex. email@example.com).”
- Temporary Password: Your temporary password will be the first letter of your first name in CAPS (or first letter of your preferred first name if provided to Student Services) + first letter of your last name in CAPS + “logon” in lower-case letters + last 4 digits of your SSN, if you don’t have a SSN, then use the last 4 digits of your student ID number (Ex: Jonathan Smith’s password would be JSlogon1234).
