About Me:
Randi joined the College of Western Idaho team in November 2017. She started her education by attending Eastern Oregon University, followed by the University of Montana Western, and finally Lewis-Clark State College, where she received a B.S. in Sports Administration in 2016. Most recently, she graduated with a M.S. in Human Resource Development where she expanded her skills and knowledge in organizational leadership and performance. Randi understands that finding your passion can often take time, so she enjoys helping students to explore their interests and reach their educational goals. Randi was born and raised in New Meadows, Idaho where there weren’t many avenues for post-secondary education. For this reason, she takes a special interest in helping rural schools to provide students with exposure to opportunities available. In her leisure time, she enjoys hunting, camping, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
