I have lived in some of the most beautiful places – California, Vancouver (Canada), Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Idaho has been no exception! I moved to Idaho in 2018 for my position at CWI as an Academic Advisor for Dual Credit students. I knew that I wanted to work in advising since my sophomore year of college; my inspiration came from my experience as a dual credit high school student, as well as a first generation, undeclared, and transfer student. I feel honored to help students reach their full potential and provide them with encouragement and direction; I have been advising and coaching students, since 2012. I know that I want to continue working with students on the “front lines,” and be someone they remember when walking across that stage to receive their diploma.
My hobbies include laughing and hanging out with friends and family, serving at my church, walking with my dog, swimming, singing karaoke, and random road trips. I am also a Christmas fanatic, and you can often times find me listening to holiday music in June. Come pull up a chair, bring your coffee, and we can sing carols!
