Club funds are to be used for the benefit of all club members. Club funds may not be used for:

  1. The benefit of any Academic Department
  2. To replace classroom equipment
  3. To buy supplies for a class

Funds that come from the College, (i.e. ASCWI, Foundation, etc.), may only be used to support club members and club functioning, such as club advertising and recruitment efforts. These funds may not be used to purchase items for or donate to an outside organization. 

In order to purchase items for an outside person or organization or to donate cash to an outside organization, the funds must be fundraised.
