Finals Week (no events)

  • Fall 2022

    • 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12 through 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1

  • Spring 2023

    • 8 a.m. Monday, May 8 through 5 p.m. Saturday, May 13

Exception requests for events or travel on these dates can be made to StudentEngagement@cwi.edu

Purchase Requests

  • Fall 2022 
    • Prior approval requests due by 5 p.m. Nov. 19, 2022 (prior to Fall Break)
      • Approved purchases will be placed by Dec. 13, 2022. Otherwise, purchases won’t be made until Jan. 10, 2021.
  • Spring 2023 into Summer
    • Prior approval requests due May 19, 2023 by 5 p.m. 
      • Approved purchases will be made by May 30, 2023. 

Temporary Inactive Status

  • June 30 all clubs/orgs will become inactive until the registration is completed for the next academic year.

Open enrollment

  • Fall 2022
    • Opens Aug. 15 

  • Spring 2023

    • Opens Jan. 9 

Student Leadership Circle Dates

  • 1st Thursday of each month from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
