1.1 The Board shall establish, review, and revise, as needed, the vision and mission of the
College. 

1.2 The Board shall approve the core themes for mission fulfillment and delegate the implementation. 

The core themes include:

  • Organizational Stewardship
  • Inclusive Excellence
