Beta Sigma Pi Honor Society
Beta Sigma Pi is College of Western Idaho's chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society. We are a group of enthusiastic individuals who enjoy learning and helping others whenever and wherever we can while striving for academic excellence, promoting scholarship and service, developing leaders, and cultivating fellowship among members, faculty, and students.
As part of the Rocky Mountain Cascade Region, Beta Sigma Pi joins more than 1,300 chapters and 3.25 million PTK members worldwide with the mission to recognize the academic achievement of college students and provide opportunities for growth as scholars and leaders. CWI's chapter is a PTK International Top 40 Chapter and has received numerous international, regional, and member awards.

Eligibility
To become an official member of PTK and receive full membership benefits, students must:
- have at least 12 college credits
- have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 or higher
- Note: PTK Honor Society membership and participation is different than Academic Honors recognition.
