Prioritize your mental health and wellness as a student with resources available through Counseling & Wellness Services at College of Western Idaho. Our team can connect you to a range of on-campus, community, and online resources, programs, and workshops designed to help you develop healthy habits, overcome obstacles, and be your best self. 

    Our services include:

    • short-term, goal-oriented, individual counseling
    • referral services to local support resources (food, utilities, medical, mental health, etc.)
    • consultation services for faculty and staff regarding student concerns
    • outreach, prevention programs, and events
    • workshops
    • presentations to classes, clubs, and other groups on campus
    • online self-help learning
