Ryan Herring serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and has worked at the College since 2014 and is responsible for all human resources policies, programs and services. Ryan has a background in workforce management and planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, organizational development, Title IX, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute and has a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification from the Human Capital Institute. Prior to joining CWI, Ryan worked in a variety of HR functions in the private sector with Simplot, Xerox and The Adecco Group. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Idaho where he received a degree in Business Management and Human Resources.
