What I do
I work with One Stop Representatives to help you start college. I can help you navigate the admissions process, provide information about programs we offer, and apply for financial aid. You will find me out in local schools and the community to introduce prospective students to the college. I also help Latinx students stay in school by keeping them engaged with the college.

Biography
Bibiana joined CWI in the Fall of 2017 and currently works as an Enrollment Counselor and a Latinx Student Services Coordinator.
Bibiana has more than 10 years of experience working in recruitment and admissions. She is a first-generation student, earning both her Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Idaho State University. She has a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals and hopes to serve as a role model for all students.
Bibiana was born and raised in rural Southeast Idaho but currently resides in the beautiful Treasure Valley. When not at work, you can find Bibiana reading a book, spending time with family and friends, or traveling the world.
