Autumn Braase

Autumn Braase joins College of Western Idaho (CWI) with 15 years of experience in regional and industry-specific workforce development. Most recently Braase worked for Northwest Lineman College, where she created recruitment strategies for companies hiring graduates and managed the Program Advisory Committees, ensuring training programs were in alignment with industry needs.

Prior to Northwest Lineman College, Braase worked in Economic Development, assisting companies of all sizes and industries in selecting new locations largely based on labor availability. These projects led to over 10,000 new jobs and $1B in capital investment.

With experience that bridges the gap between industry and education, Braase understands a thriving community requires a skilled and educated population that reflects the needs of business. In her role at CWI, she will bolster employer partnerships in southwest Idaho by identifying and deploying necessary training solutions.
