Mr. Ankenman is a Registered Dietitian and Meridian, Idaho native who joined the College of Western Idaho in 2021. He is a graduate of The University of Mississippi where he obtained his Master’s Degree in nutrition while completing his dietetic internship focusing on sports and community nutrition. Before that, he double majored in dietetics and sports management at Idaho State University where he was also a student-athlete on the track and field team and competed in the decathlon.
Mr. Ankenman also works as a dietitian in the local school system and coaches high school track during the winter and spring. He enjoys spending time with his family at home during his free time.
