While studying for and completing a B.S.E. degree at the State University of New York College at Cortland, Sarah Westcott discovered that the sciences of the human body were probably the most interesting thing in the world.  Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics were just the beginning of understanding the complexity and wonder of us humans.  Degree in hand, she spent about 3 years completing prerequisites including Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Physics to apply to the New York Chiropractic College.  In September 1995, the year of the 100th anniversary of the birth of modern chiropractic, she started the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at NYCC.  3 intense years of study and the passing of 4 parts of the rigorous national chiropractic boards freed Sarah to start her own practice in April 1998 in a suburb of Albany, NY(the capital of NY). After 12  years and 3 children, Sarah and her husband, Aaron(Stats instructor extraordinaire) felt that the operation of a small business provided little time for the proper raising of their young family and so looked to move West where Sarah could be a full-time Mom.  Combining years of clinical experience with a love of human biological sciences and a strong appreciation for excellence in teaching have led to Sarah teaching for CWI.

"CWI students are smart, motivated and fun to be around-what more could you want?  This is a great place to teach and learn!"  ~Sarah Westcott, D.C., B.S.E.
