Paul earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Geography from Brigham Young University and an Education Specialist degree in Adult Education from the University of Idaho. Prior to teaching at CWI, Paul was a faculty member at McHenry County College in Northern Illinois for 16 years where he taught geography, earth science and environmental science. His family then moved across the country to the Mojave Desert of Southern California where he was a faculty member for 5 years at Antelope Valley College teaching physical science, earth science, geography and environmental science. Paul and his wife have 5 children. Paul was raised in Utah and enjoys camping, fly fishing, photography, gardening, BYU football, traveling, hunting and rockhounding/lapidary. Paul has been to all 50 US states, lived in Germany, and visited 49 of the 63 National Parks.
