I started my career in education as a high school agriculture teacher where I taught for 9 years teaching agriculture, focusing on Ag Mechanics and Welding/Fabrication courses. I was also a FFA advisor where I advised countless students in FFA activities and SAE projects. I came to CWI as an instructor of agriculture in 2021. I am enjoying the different content areas I teach and level of interest and comprehension from the students. I graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelors in Agricultural Science with emphasis in Animal Science and also got my Master’s Degree from Cal Poly SLO with a master’s degree in Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Ag Engineering. At home I am married to my wife, Cassie and we have two little boys, Noah and Isaiah. We have two Australian Shepard Dogs, Rusty and Mamba that make every moment a crazy one! Together we enjoy hiking, sports, playing at the park, cooking, and nap time!
