Biography
Erica got her start in higher education as a high school graduate as an admission clerk and found she loved the college environment so much she decided to pursue her own education and focus her career within the field. It’s now been almost two decades in higher ed and her experience encompasses many facets of student services: financial aid, admissions, the Registrar's Office, international student services, and academic advising. Erica is extremely passionate about multiculturalism and enjoys working with the refugee community at CWI and within the community. She has an Associate in General Studies from Central Texas College, a Bachelor in Sociology from Troy University, and a Master of Science in International Relations also from Troy.
Erica is a fourth-generation Idahoan but has had the pleasure to live in various parts of the United States including a decade in Alabama and Texas. Outside of work, she keeps a busy schedule either enjoying snow sports or hiking/camping with her partner, five sons, and doggo.
