Crista received her Masters of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida and is currently finishing her Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University. She has taught undergraduate courses for 15 years and in maintains a private practice where her ares of expertise include anxiety reduction and whole person wellness.
