Chris grew up in PA and completed his master’s degree in Criminology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While working his way through graduate as a Legal Videographer he developed a focused interest on helping victims of crime.  Prior to teaching Chris worked in Domestic Violence and Child Abuse prevention and had the opportunity to work with many victims, and both adult and juvenile offenders incarcerated during this time. Along with criminal justice and corrections reform, reducing crime and victimization remain Chris’s passions today.

On a personal note, Chris enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hiking, playing guitar and has been an Emcee hosting events for 12 years helping the Suncoast Animal League rescue and find homes for neglected and abused animals in Florida and beyond!

Spending the last 20 years teaching in Florida at the University level, Chris recently moved up to Idaho to join the fantastic team in the Public Safety Department with the College of Western Idaho.

If you need anything professionally or personally you can count on Chris Cozzolino to help. 😊
