I submitted my FAFSA, what happens now?

Once submitted using the correct Federal School Code, College of Western Idaho (CWI) will receive your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) within 5 – 7 days.

• Additional documentation may be requested by the College to assist in preparing your financial aid award. Requests for additional documentation will be sent to your student email.
• Once all required documentation has been received, the Financial Aid Office will review your eligibility and determine which types of aid you qualify for. Upon this determination, you will receive an email with instructions on how to view your Offer Letter.
