Art and creative writing students at College of Western Idaho recently came together to create a visual story of the written word. Stories written by students in Catherine Kyle’s Creative Writing Fiction (ENGL 242) were the inspiration for paintings created by April VanDeGrift’s Painting 2 (ARTS 275) students. The paintings will be reinterpreted by the writing students in a later activity.
All are invited to view their collaborative work, “Portrayal”, at the Nampa Campus Academic Building, November 8-29, in the Art Studio Gallery on the second floor.
