Student Nurses Association Volunteers at St. Al's NICU graduation Party

Published: November 7, 2017

On October 7, 2017, members of the SNA volunteered at St. Al's NICU graduation party. It was a day full of hope to watch children bounce into the party hall full of life and wonder. These children are special children who at one time in the beginning of their lives spent time in the care of St. Al's NICU. Neonatal nurses and staff became a part of these families' lives forever as they nurtured and cared for each baby until they were healthy enough to make the adventure home. Each year, St. Al's sponsors a party in the graduates' honor where dancing, games, cookie decorating, refreshments, professional photography sessions and costumes galore fill the McCleary auditorium. SNA members were honored to assist St. Al's in making the graduates feel amazing and strong.
