College of Western Idaho (CWI) will mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence with a public panel discussion featuring CWI History faculty on April 6.
The panel will explore the significance of the Declaration of Independence and its influence on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. In addition, the panel will connect the discussion to themes from Blackfish City, this year's CWI Big Read selection.
Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in an open discussion and ask questions.
The event will begin at 3 p.m. in room 122 of the Nampa Campus Academic Building (NCAB). Community members may also attend live via Zoom.
