Published: October 22, 2026

Get ready to trot into the Thanksgiving season with College of Western Idaho (CWI) Athletics!

Students, faculty, staff, families, and community members are invited to join CWI's Turkey Trot on Friday, Nov. 13, for an afternoon of fitness, fun, and fall festivities. Whether you walk, jog, or run, everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of experience or fitness level.

The event kicks off with a race, followed by games, hot chocolate, light refreshments, and opportunities to connect with fellow Otters. CWI student clubs will also host booths throughout the event.

Local running store and event sponsor Fleet Feet will join the festivities, offering attendees a chance to win a prize through a raffle.
