What is involved in an online class?

The Medical Coding class is a six month long self-paced, online course. All coursework is available at the beginning of the six months.  All quizzes, practical assessments, exams and the final exam must all be completed by the final day of class.  No extensions are offered.  Since this course is self-paced, it is up to you, the student, to do the work in a timely manner in order to complete in the six month timeframe.  The online instructor is available via email to answer any questions you may have while completing the coursework.  Other than the orientation on the first day of class, there is no in-class instruction.
