College of Western Idaho (CWI) is proud to partner with Boise State University, Idaho Digital Learning Alliance, and Apple's Community Education Initiative to form the Onramp Program, part of a larger initiative to address current trends in the programming industry and equipping communities with the skills and digital tools they need to help solve challenges.
Class Offerings
Onramp class offerings introduce users of all skill levels to the fundamentals of design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and include Everyone Can Code, for those looking to improve their understanding of Swift programming, and Everyone Can Create, design and communication techniques incorporated into current class offerings.

Adult Education
Everyone Can Code and Everyone Can Create classes are available through the College's Adult Education department for English language learners. Classes are available for free to students of all language proficiencies and include:
- Digital Creativity
- Apple Applications & Computer Fundamentals
- Swift Programming for English Language Learners

Multimedia Storytelling
Everyone Can Create is integrated into the COMM 261 Multimedia Storytelling curriculum for credit students. The addition utilizes Apple’s drawing, music, video, and photo tools to help students convey information and make connections via multimedia channels to address challenges within our community.
