Boise Campus Development
College of Western Idaho (CWI) is pleased to announce the construction of our new Boise Campus, which will be part of a mixed-use development enhancing the opportunity to deliver high-quality, affordable education. This new development, located on property the College owns at Whitewater Park Boulevard and Main Street, will allow CWI to vacate leased facilities in Ada County, move into owned facilities, and centralize resources for students and the community.
The College has partnered with Ahlquist, Hummel Architects, and ESI Construction for design and development of this critical CWI location, as part of their mixed-use development. The mixed-use development will include retail offerings, housing, hospitality services, and a parking garage, as well as plaza and gathering spaces for the community and CWI.
