CW 110 – Safe & Ethical Adoption of Artificial Intelligence This policy establishes a clear framework for the responsible, ethical, and secure use of artificial intelligence (AI) at CWI. It guides employees in using AI to enhance learning, improve operations, and support students and the community, while ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with the College’s mission and legal obligations. Effective June 1, 2026.

OP 010 – Campus & Building Signage New provisions to implement Idaho law changes. Effective May 28, 2026.
HR 220 – Emeritus Program Updated to include due dates, add flexibility for nominations, clarify recognitions and privileges associated with emeritus status, and to ensure consistency with the Board Governing Policies. Effective July 1, 2026.
HR 180 – Employee Benefits has been revised to document the recommendations from the Culture Work Group and to clean up other outdated language. Effective July 1, 2026.
