Approved New Policies

COMM-000 Communications Policy - March 12, 2024
- Adjustments made to address protocols and approvals for sending out college wide communications.
- Places more control at individual VP level for internal communications.
HR-100 Payroll Policy - March 14, 2024
- Updates made tied to closure specific to pay to address any full closure (weather related or otherwise).
- Language aligned with OP-110 Campus Closure Policy.
HR-270 Conflict of Interest Policy - March 20, 2024
- Transitioning from two Conflict of Interests (COI) policies (HR 270 and HR 280) to one overarching COI Policy. The proposed changes include an added paragraph calling out specific requirements for Sponsored Programs/Projects, as well as adding a link to the Process and Guidelines for Conflict of Interest in Sponsored Programs.
OP-110 Campus Closure Policy - Feb. 9, 2024
- Expanded purpose of the policy.
- Updated definitions to align with current practices.
- Added Guidelines to the policy regarding possible types of closures and the expectations for the CWI community in the event of a delayed start or campus closure.
STU-120 Readmission of Service Members Policy - March 20, 2024
- Title change in the Notification of military service section
  - Changed from "CWI Dean of Students" to "CWI Veterans and Military Family Services" due to additional support personnel in the Student Affairs department.
