About:
Dani Carmack was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. After living in other states for school and work (Utah, Illinois, California, and Arizona), she was happy to come back to the Treasure Valley! She has always been interested in working in higher education and got her master’s degree in Library and Information Science. After spending two years as an Instruction Librarian at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, she returned home and transitioned to academic and career advising at the College of Idaho. Meeting with students one-on-one is her favorite part of her job, and she is excited to continue advising work at CWI!
In her free time, you will find Carmack planning her next National Parks trip, scoping out the play and music events in the area, and spending time with her friends and family.
