For observance of Labor Day, classes at College of Western Idaho (CWI) will not be held on Monday, Sept. 4. All campus buildings, offices, and services will also be closed.
The College will resume its regular operating hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5.
Since launching in fall 2023, CWI's Z-degree initiative has provided students with an affordable, accessible path to completing their education, saving them more than $2 million in textbook costs.
On Dec. 4, CWI trustees approved transferring the Ford Idaho Center to the College, preserving public events while expanding programs, campus space, and hands-on learning for students.
