November 21-Day Challenge Results

Thank you to all who participated the November 21-day challenge – the Goodnight Challenge! Sixty participants submitted their results working toward the goal of sleeping the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night.  

Participants who reached the goal of 7-9 hours of sleep for all 21 days were entered to win a prize package that includes an essential oil diffuser and some specific oils to help support better sleep. The winners are Thao Pham and Brent Rowning!  

All participants who completed a minimum of 10 days of a practice were entered to win a participation prize of some great essential oils. Participation prize winners for November are:

The December 21-day Hydration Challenge is underway with participants working toward reaching the goal of drinking eight, 8-ounce glasses of water each day. In January, we will start the new year focusing on limiting our sugar intake in the Sugarless Challenge. We hope to see your name on the list of participants!
