Logon Help Upgrade

IT will be performing an upgrade to College of Western Idaho’s (CWI) Logon Help website on March 7, 2019, during the re-occurring Servers/Storage/Data Center maintenance window. The CWI Logon Help site provides a convenient way to manage your user account. Once enrolled on the site, users can reset or change their password and unlock their account.

Changing your password will affect most CWI systems, including (but not limited to):

  • Campus computers/laptops
  • Colleague
  • Blackboard
  • Employee wireless
  • Email
  • myCWI employee portal

Once the upgrade is completed, IT will notify users via email to enroll in this service. Those previously enrolled must re-enroll to continue to access these services. To enroll, please visit the Logon Help website, click Enroll, and follow the steps outlined to enroll in the system.
