Transferable Credits

Published: March 15, 2016

“I work full time and pay for my education through my job at the Lighthouse Rescue Mission in Nampa. After several years of working in probation and parole, and helping people go through drug and alcohol rehabilitation, I decided to go to school and become a teacher. I ultimately chose CWI because it perfectly aligns with everything I want to do. The value is good and so is the transferability.” —Terry Black—Transferable Credits

College of Western Idaho has articulation agreements with Idaho’s universities and colleges that offer direct access to transfer assistance, priority registration, and exclusive benefits for CWI students. Tuition and fees are half the cost of public universities and a quarter of the cost of most private universities, which helps reduce the financial burden for students seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher.
