This form is used to apply for admission to the Surgical Technology program. Students interested in the program must first apply for admission to the College. Admission to the College does not guarantee admission to the Surgical Technology Program. Each summer semester, 18 students are admitted to the program. If not admitted, applicants must reapply each year.
