The College of Western Idaho Purchase Order "Terms and Conditions" will govern any purchase of services or products by the College. All purchase orders are subject to these terms, and all vendors must review the terms before accepting a purchase order. If a vendor proposes or incorporates its own terms and conditions into the procurement which are different from or conflict with the College "Terms and Conditions", the College terms shall take precedent and apply to the procurement.
