Overview
The College of Western Idaho provides computer and programming training to learn the necessary skills to be successful in your current job or to get a new position in this growing industry. Get up to speed today with our short term, highly effective computer training courses that work with your schedule.
- Microsoft Office Series: Gives you the proficiency for any work setting requiring MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills. This course can take you from the beginning level to the intermediate level in MS Office's most used software. 8 week course. No prerequisites, but Computer Literacy is recommended if you are a beginning computer user.
- Computer Literacy & Keyboarding: Foundations of basic computer usage covered to include how computers work plus proper keyboarding technique and practice. Beginners learn to keyboard correctly, more experienced students learn to keyboard faster. 2-week course. No prerequisites.
- Customized Training
