Twelve College of Western Idaho students took their talents to the 2025 Skills USA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from June 23 – 27, bringing home four medals – two gold and two bronze.
College of Western Idaho (CWI) students earned 14 medals at the 2025 SkillsUSA Idaho State Leadership and Skills Conference, including 12 golds, securing spots at the national competition in Atlanta this June.
College of Western Idaho brought home 26 medals from the 2024 SkillsUSA Idaho State Leadership and Skills Conference.
Ten College of Western Idaho students took their talents to the 2023 Skills USA National Leadership and Skills Conference and brought home five medals.
Congratulations to CWI's SkillsUSA competitors who earned 13 medals at the SkillsUSA Idaho State Leadership and Skills Conference.
CWI swept away the competition with 37 medals at this year's SkillsUSA State Conference.
A group of CWI students and recent graduates also won medals in a school record five events.
For CWI alum Steve Silva, a chance encounter turned into a golden opportunity when he decided to get involved with SkillsUSA.
CWI students earned 27 medals at the event, including 20 gold medals.
