Facility/Event Request Form

This form is for public use to request College of Western Idaho (CWI) space for an event. CWI staff, faculty, and student clubs should submit facility/event requests through 25Live.

  • Completion of this form is NOT a reservation. 
  • Requests requiring additional resources (layout changes, AV/IT assistance, after-hours security, etc.) must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance. 
  • CWI reserves the right to cancel an event at any time due to an emergency, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. The event requester will be notified of the cancellation by email.
