College of Western Idaho (CWI) Agricultural Sciences department is proud to support the 2026 Canyon County Fair, July 23 – 26. As the title sponsor of the CWI Show Ring, the College is excited to help celebrate and showcase the agriculture, education, and community traditions that make the fair a favorite annual event.
Fairgoers are invited to visit the CWI Show Ring on Friday, July 24, from 1 – 4 p.m. to enter for a chance to win a $1,000 CWI SCORE Big Scholarship and CWI swag. Agricultural Sciences faculty and CWI recruitment representatives will be on site during this time to connect with visitors, answer questions about CWI programs, and share how hands-on learning prepares students for careers in Idaho's growing agriculture industry. While you are there, enjoy this year's livestock shows and experience one of the fair's signature attractions.
The fun does not stop at the fairgrounds. CWI will host ticket giveaways providing community members the opportunity to attend and enjoy this year’s fair.
