Prioritize your mental health and wellness with Counseling and Wellness Services at College of Western Idaho. Our team can connect you with on-campus, community, and online support designed to help you build healthy habits, overcome obstacles, and be your best self.
Services include:
- Short-term, goal-oriented, individual counseling.
- Referral to local support resources including food, utilities, medical, mental health, etc.
- Consultation services for faculty and staff regarding student concerns.
- Outreach, prevention programs, and events.
- Workshops.
- Presentations to classes, clubs, and other groups on campus.
- Online self-help learning.

Quick Support
Beginning in August, Counseling and Wellness Services will now offer quick support! Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? We are here to help you get it off your chest, brainstorm solutions, and feel heard.
Quick support meetings are:
- 25-30 minutes.
- In-person or online.
- Confidential and informal.
- Free for CWI students.
- Typically available within 48 hours.
- Not a substitute for counseling.
- Not appropriate for urgent concerns or mental health crisis.
