Applying for Aid

In order to be eligible for federal grants, scholarships, work-study, or loan opportunities, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Learn how to apply for aid, view your offer letter, manage your financial aid, and more.

Billing & Payments

Students enrolling in classes at CWI will be charged tuition and fees at the time of registration. Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements for each semester are due each semester by the tuition and fees deadline. Maintaining Aid

Students who receive federal financial aid are required by the U.S. Department of Education to meet satisfactory academic progress (SAP) standards in order to establish and maintain their financial aid eligibility. Complete withdrawal from classes may impact these standards.
