Tuition & Fees Deadlines

Tuition and fees are due prior to the start of classes for the semester or session you are registered for. 

  • Visit the Student Finance section in your Self-Service Toolkit on myCWI to view your account balance and make a payment.
  • If you register after the tuition and fees deadline, payment is due at the time of registration.

Late Payment Fees

  • Students who have not paid tuition and fees in full by the due dates listed in the academic calendar, regard­less of the first day of their classes, may incur late fees.
  • Students who make late payments on a Payment Plan may also incur late fees.
  • The minimum late fee is $50. Total late fees incurred may vary depending upon number of late payments on your student account.
