Heads up! College of Western Idaho (CWI) Information Technology (IT) Services will be activating multifactor authentication (MFA) for student Office 365 accounts on Monday, May 22.
MFA is an extra layer of security designed to ensure a user is the only person who can access their Office 365 account. Once MFA is set up, a user will only be granted access to Office 365 after successfully providing two or more forms of identification.
IT recommends users select two options in case they may not have access to their primary option at any time.
To be able to use Outlook on an Android or Apple device, a user must download the application from the app store.
