Cost & Aid
At College of Western Idaho (CWI), we believe in providing access to affordable education. The College's Financial Aid and Student Accounts offices are here to help you understand tuition and fees, types of aid, how to apply for federal financial aid, and billing and payments.
Tuition & Fees
At only $139 a credit, nearly a third of the cost of a state university, CWI is a smart choice for those looking to get started in a new career or a better future.
Types of Aid
As a CWI student, financial aid options are available to assist you with educational costs. Explore your options and learn about the types of aid available to find the best fit for your needs.
Applying for Aid
In order to be eligible for federal grants, scholarships, work-study, or loan opportunities, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Learn how to apply for aid, view your offer letter, manage your financial aid, and more.
Billing & Payments
Students enrolling in classes at CWI will be charged tuition and fees at the time of registration. Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements for each semester are due each semester by the tuition and fees deadline. Learn about types of aid available to help you pay for your education, how to make a payment or set up a payment plan, and more.
Students who receive federal financial aid are required by the U.S. Department of Education to meet satisfactory academic progress (SAP) standards in order to establish and maintain their financial aid eligibility.
