CWI is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from vendors offering procurement management solutions that can support and enhance the College's procurement operations. The purpose of this RFI is to better understand available technologies, industry best practices, implementation approaches, and solution capabilities in the procurement software marketplace.

CWI seeks a 10-year agreement with the successful respondent (“Proposer,” “Respondent,” or “Offeror”) for the exclusive rights for facility management services at the Ford Idaho Center including the venues listed below. CWI seeks proposals from qualified food and beverage operators to provide concessions, catering, premium hospitality, alcohol service support, vending, portable carts, and event hospitality services at the Ford Idaho Center. The selected contractor will be expected to improve revenue performance, service quality, menu variety, speed of service, local and regional vendor participation, premium hospitality, technology integration, reporting, and fan experience.

CWI seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide sponsorship sales, activation, fulfillment, and account management services for both Ford Idaho Center assets and broader CWI institutional assets, subject to CWI governance, approval rights, brand standards, and mission alignment. The selected contractor will be responsible for revenue generation, naming rights and entitlement opportunities, sponsor prospecting, go-to-market strategy, sales, activation, account management, renewal, reporting, and CWI approval coordination.
