Emergency Assistance
If you are in need of immediate or urgent assistance or are experiencing a mental health emergency:
- Call 911.
- Contact the Suicide & Crisis Hotline.
- Seek help at your nearest hospital emergency room or law enforcement agency.
Please seek immediate professional help if you or a loved one:
- Have thoughts of killing, or otherwise harming, yourself or others.
- Are unable to care for yourself or those in your care.
- Are abusing substances or have an addiction.
- Are in danger of harm.
- Are in need of an intervention.

- Visit Counseling and Wellness Services for on-campus, community, and online resources, programs, and workshops designed to help you develop healthy habits, overcome obstacles, and be your best self.
- CampusWell is a digital wellness platform and online health and wellness magazine designed for college students. All CWI students receive free monthly editions of Campus Well via CWI email.
- TAO Get a free TAO account by registering with your CWI email address. TAO includes over 150 brief, effective, educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues. TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.
- 7 Cups free and paid membership resources to help you understand and cope with a variety of mental health and life concerns including break-up advice, test anxiety, college life, loneliness, and finances.
