Payment Options

Payment in full to College of Western Idaho (CWI) or satisfactory payment arrangement is due at time of registration. Payment options are listed below.

Students are responsible to withdraw from classes they do not plan to attend.  Students are liable for all charges unless withdrawal is completed prior to the refund deadline. For questions about refunds, please see the Refund/Cancellation/Appeal Process.

Delinquent account balances will be turned over to a collection agency. Any fees associated with the collection of the debt are the responsibility of the student. By registering with the College of Western Idaho, you authorize the College and its respective agents and contractors to contact you regarding your student account, including but not limited to any outstanding or delinquent balances that are owed the College, at the current or any future email address or number provided for cellular phone or other wireless device, using automated telephone dialing equipment or artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages, or otherwise.
