Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements to College of Western Idaho (CWI) is required at the time of registration. Payment options are listed below.
Students are responsible to withdraw from classes they do not plan to attend and are liable for all charges unless withdrawal is completed prior to the refund deadline. For questions about refunds, please see the Refund/Cancellation/Appeal Process.
Delinquent account balances will be turned over to a collection agency. Any fees associated with the collection of the debt are the responsibility of the student.

Scholarships
There are an assortment of scholarship opportunities available for qualified students to help cover costs associated with Workforce Development classes.
As scholarship funds are not guaranteed, alternate payment arrangements must be made.

Veteran Benefits
Veterans may be entitled to assistance with their college expenses. Funds may also be available for spouses and dependents.
- Follow the CWI Veterans and Military Family Services application guidelines for attending CWI when applying for benefits.
- For questions regarding VA benefits and noncredit courses, please contact Veterans and Military Family Services at vaspecialist@cwi.edu.
- Students enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) are required to work with the State VA Coordinator to use their benefits. For contact information, please visit the Idaho Veterans Services Education website.
