Contact a Dual Credit Coordinator if: 

  • you have never taken a dual credit class before

  • and/or you are not planning to earn a degree or certificate through CWI.

  • High School Schedule Worksheet

    Students seeking to earn a degree or certificate from CWI while in high school are asked to complete the High School Schedule Worksheet prior to planning and registering for classes. 

    • See page 2 of the worksheet for directions.
    • Be sure to confirm classes added to the worksheet with your high school counselor.  
    • Email your completed worksheet to your Dual Credit Coordinator or Advisor.

  • Graduation Steps

    Dual credit students who plan to graduate simultaneously from high school and CWI must FIRST meet with their Dual Credit Advisor, and then complete the steps for graduation outlined below in order to receive a diploma and participate in the College's commencement ceremony.

    The college admissions process should begin the fall of your senior year of high school.

    ADVANCED LEARNER ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

    The Advanced Learner Achievement Scholarship was created to help high school dual credit students successfully transition to college following graduation. Each year, select students will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to CWI. 

    To be eligible for the Advanced Learner Achievement Scholarship, students must be: 

    • accepted as a CWI student seeking a degree or certificate
    • enrolled in six (6) credits or more
    • and have at minimum 2.0 GPA.
