Our business is training! With more than 130 programs, CWI offers a wide variety of curriculum and instruction resources that can be utilized to meet your organization's unique training needs. We will collaborate to understand your specific workforce challenges and objectives, then develop and deliver training grounded in good instructional design.

- Needs Assessment: We collaborate with you to identify skill or knowledge gaps and develop training goals.
- Training Development: Our designers create course content and materials tailored to meet your needs and developed for the most effective delivery.
- Expert Instructors: As needed, we provide qualified, experienced instructors to deliver engaging and impactful training.
- Flexible Delivery Methods: Training can be conducted on your site, on our campus, through a hybrid model, or fully online.
- Delivery: We execute your approved training with course materials, flexible location and timing, and delivery by expert instructors in a way consistent with your company culture and priorities.
- Evaluation: To better understand the effectiveness of the training, we conduct post-program surveys and/or interviews, then review results with your team.
