Nicole is an award-winning, strategic healthcare executive with over 29 years of experience.  Her personal goal is to be a positive change in the world.  She is currently the Executive Director for OGA Women’s Health Specialists providing high-quality, award-winning women’s health through the west Treasure Valley. She has led OGA through COVID, with 20% growth while maintaining and building a strong culture, which was recently recognized as a Top Workplace by Idaho Press.  Prior to OGA, Nicole was Executive Director of Physician Services at Valor Health in Emmett, Idaho where she is most proud of helping lead the team to becoming certified in Patient Centered Care and developing agreements with key partners in providing preventive care in the community. Nicole was in senior leadership positions with St Luke’s for 25 years including Oncology, Quality and Performance Improvement, Accreditation and Infection Prevention, and Epidemiology.  Prior to that time, Nicole was an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University and worked for the University of Idaho Caine Veterinary Research Center.

Bradshaw has a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry from University of Idaho and two master’s degrees with one in Animal/Veterinary Science and Medicine (University of Idaho) and the other an MBA in Health Care (NNU). 

Nicole has served on many national and local professional boards especially focused on improving health, advocating for patients, caregiver,s and the providers and staff that work so hard to take care of patients.  She is also continuously striving to improve the patient’s experience and being innovative in the healthcare business model and improving health in the community.

Nicole is involved in the communities she lives and works.  Nicole is active in Caldwell where she has been appointed to serve on the Caldwell Historical Preservation commission and also founding member on the College of Idaho “Go Purple” board.  She had been a member on the Nampa Chamber of Commerce for 11 years, participating in Leadership Nampa and serving on the board for the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Board for 2016-2019.  She was recognized as Board Member of the Year (2019).  She had also been active in Caldwell chamber. She has served on the Foundation Board for the Nampa Christian Schools as well as Vice President/Secretary for the Delta Delta Delta sorority Theta Tau Chapter (University of Idaho) House Corporation.   She is a published research author, recognized by the State of Idaho Governor for contributions in advocacy and improving community health and has served as a Malcolm Baldridge Award Examiner (US President’s National Quality Award).  In 2017, Nicole was recognized by the Idaho Business Review for Woman of the Year Award. 

Of all her accomplishments, her most meaningful and rewarding is her marriage of 30 years to her husband, Lee, and her 3 boys who are all in college.  Nicole has lived in Caldwell for 30 years in their 1945 house which her and her husband refurbished. In her spare time between family, work, and community, Nicole loves the outdoors and adventure of any kind.  She particularly enjoys running, hiking, skiing, rafting, boating, and getting together with her great group of friends. Nicole and her husband also own a small ranch in Middleton and are active with the University of Idaho Department of Agriculture as well as with the Idaho beef industry.
